Sarah Pierce
Sarah has toured hundreds of thousands of miles - both domestic and foreign - receiving rave reviews at fairs, festivals, conventions, and concert dates from New York City to Los Angeles and Northern British Columbia to San Antonio, France, Italy, Germany, and Scandinavia. Her willingness to self-promote her music has included a driving tour of 250 NPR/AC/Country radio stations across the country, doing interviews and live on-air performances. In addition, she has been seen in performance on MTV and was heard as the singing voice of Calamity Jane on the Emmy-nominated Time-Life television mini-series, The Wild West. Her recently released 10th Album, Blessed by the West, is receiving rave reviews from national radio and country media.
Wes Perryman
When Perryman isn’t farming, he’s singing and picking. This fifth-generation farmer and father of two, is also a Texas country songwriter, singer and electric guitar player. When asked if his passion is more for farming or singing, he says he wouldn’t be happy without either one. “It’s the whole concoction. I need both in my life.”
Kristen Taylor
Kristen Taylor is a twenty-four-year-old singer and songwriter based out of Belton, Tx. She loves sharing her perception of the world around her in hopes that someone feels something from her art. Her main genre is indie/pop, but her music also draws from other styles because of certain influences. (Performing Friday Only).
Melissa Engleman
Singer/songwriter Melissa Engleman blends haunting, dreamy, alt-country-folk with whispers of the blues. Born in Kansas and raised in Texas, she grew up listening to Willie Nelson, Patsy Cline, Tori Amos, Rickie Lee Jones and the Beatles. After writing melodies and lyrics from a young age, she picked up guitar to accompany herself, but was too shy to play in front of people. She studied performance and playwriting in college to help overcome her shyness and made the move to Austin, TX where she has performed for the last 14 years. (Saturday Only)
Richard Paul Thomas
Richard Paul Thomas — better known to his friends as RpT — has been making music since rock ‘n’ roll was young. And he’s still finding new sources of inspiration each time he picks up a guitar and sits down to write a song. On his latest album, SALADO, Thomas whittles his diverse array of influences and lifetime of experiences. He prides himself on exploring a wide range of musical genres, from rock and R&B to jazz and soulful balladry, and emotions that travel from lighthearted and fun to serious and introspective. His thought-provoking examinations of life’s joys and challenges come from the heart and speak to the soul.
