Serendipity Tea

The tale began with a cherished bone china teacup, a family heirloom graced with exquisite orchids, once owned by the proprietor’s grandmother. This sparked the owner’s fascination for the British Afternoon Tea tradition, leading her to pen her first published article in 1994. The piece detailed an American adaptation of this time-honored ritual. Eventually, she had the chance to realize her dream by establishing a retail outlet that paid homage to the rich heritage of tea and gourmet foods, ideal for cozy gatherings. In the autumn of 2018, Serendipity was launched in Salado, Texas, offering an array of porcelain teacups and a diverse selection of floral teas.
