If you’re looking someone else to cook your Turkey Day feast, we have options! Try the legendary Stagecoach Inn’s Thanksgiving Buffet (although we’ve heard there’s a long wait list, so give them a call!), or check out the Thanksgiving Dinner at Alexander’s Craft Cocktails & Kitchen, an Inn on the Creek property (call (254) 947-3828 for more information). Or you can put in a minimum of effort with Barrow Brewing Company’s Thanksgiving Potluck—they provide the turkey, and you just bring a side or dessert!
Relax with a Drink After Shopping
After you’ve hit those doorbuster deals and scored some big sales, give yourself a breather to celebrate your savvy shopping and enjoy a glass of wine or beer along with some live music! On Friday November 29, Barrow Brewing Company will be hosting Glen Collins and the Alibis, a fantastic Texas swing band, and on Saturday you can enjoy classic rock n’ roll with X-Factory Band, both at 7. Axis Winery will be featuring the Lone Star Tall Boys from 2-5 PM on Saturday, November 30.
Also, if you shop in Salado on Black Friday, save your receipt and take it with you to Barrow Brewing Company: if you spend at least $10 at any small business in Salado, you’ll get 50% off your first pint!
