Two of our favorite events in Salado happen every single month! Every fourth Friday, select Salado boutiques and art studios stay open late to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors. The 4th Friday Sip ‘n Shop features our legendary boutiques, shopping, wine, and treats, all open late on a Friday night – the perfect setting for a girls’ night out! The Royal Street Art Walk (or RAW, as it’s known around here) features our renowned working artists in their studio environment and fun, interactive activities. Experience the charm of Salado by attending the events separately or combine them to jump start your weekend in style. 4th Friday Sip ‘n Shop, 5-8 PM
During the 4th Friday Sip ‘n Shop, you can expect to see a whole new side of your favorite boutiques and shops! Salado is known for its excellent boutiques with unique finds, so what better way to experience it than sipping a complimentary glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage as you browse for that perfect top, necklace, or accent for your home. Many shops offer special deals and sales, so it’s the perfect time to snag that one-of-a-kind treasure! Royal Street Art Walk (RAW), 6-9 PM
During the Royal Street Art Walk, 7 art studios and local businesses keep their doors open late. Watch this diverse group of artists work, ask them questions about their craft (trust us, they love curiosity!), and check out their latest, most exciting pieces. Individual studios may also feature interactive activities, workshops, and specials. For a complete evening of activities, begin your night with a cocktail at Stagecoach Inn, take your time exploring the different shops and studios, and then end it with a craft brew and live music at Barrow Brewing Company.
