Kathie Fuller of Fuller Life Focus, is hosting a singing bowl sound bath at Barrow Brewing Company in Salado, Texas on July 22, 2025 at 7 p.m. Scientific research has shown that sound frequencies and sound bath meditation sessions can reduce stress, enhance focus, improve sleep, and lower blood pressure, among other positive benefits. Fuller, a Certified Intuitive Sound Healer, offers sound bath meditations for groups or one-on-one. “The sound journey takes us into a state of deep relaxation, effortless meditation, rest and renewal,” says Fuller.
The brewery is typically closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and looks for productive ways to use the space. Several local organizations host meetings at the brewery on Mondays and Tuesdays including the local VFW and American Legion. KD Hill, co-owner of Barrow said, “We believe that great brewing and great living both begin with a balance—between art and science, work and rest, connection and reflection.
